These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the SLNK platform, published by SLNK SARL, a company incorporated under Moroccan law with its registered office in Casablanca, Morocco.

2. Service description

SLNK is a smart link management platform (URL shortening), analytics, mobile deep linking and QR codes. All data is hosted exclusively on Moroccan territory.

3. Registration and account

The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration. Each account is personal and the user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Plans and pricing

SLNK pricing is tailored to your volume and use cases. Contact us via the Contact page for a custom proposal.

5. Data protection

SLNK is committed to respecting Moroccan legislation on personal data protection, including Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and Decree 2-24-921. No IP address is stored in plain text. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Applicable law

These ToS are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
