1. Data controller

SLNK SARL, with its registered office in Casablanca, Morocco, is the data controller for personal data collected through the SLNK platform.

2. Data collected

We collect the following data:

Registration data: name, email, password (hashed)
Usage data: links created, clicks, analytics
Technical data: user-agent, anonymized IP fingerprint (SHA-256 + daily rotating salt)

3. No raw IP stored

In accordance with Law 09-08 on personal data protection, SLNK never stores IP addresses in plain text. All IP addresses are immediately transformed via SHA-256 hashing with a daily rotating salt. This processing is irreversible and makes it impossible to re-identify an individual from their IP fingerprint.

4. Data hosting

All data is hosted on servers located exclusively on Moroccan territory. No personal data is transferred to a third country. This architecture is aligned with Decree 2-24-921 on the security of sensitive information systems.

5. Processing purposes

Provision of the link shortening and analytics service
Performance measurement and marketing campaign attribution
Platform improvement and user experience enhancement
Account-related communications (notifications, quota alerts)

6. User rights

In accordance with Law 09-08, you have the following rights:

Right of access to your personal data
Right to rectify inaccurate data
Right to object to processing
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
